Anduin River Project


Previous discussion with the Fiordland Trails Trust:  indicates it would be useful to officially Name the Trail along the River the Anduin Reach Trail with Input from ex Movie Set Makers into Viewing Tower Design.

Anduin fails to float Tourism Boat

In Fiordand New Zealand A River that was used extensively in Peter Jackson's Lord of the Rings Trilogy has now been unofficially dubbed the Anduin River.

A small Tolkien Fan Diaspora drove the Anduin issue through to the New Zealand Government. But failed to get the Tourism industry to promote this Fan inspired Real Life Tolkien Story.

Promotions where to include walkways, information signs,

Viewing Areas and people helping at home on their computers with information.
